Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, kfc2u will settle the wager based on the last record saved in our server system. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your kfc2u account. kfc2u is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Kfc2u is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, business interruption, or data loss.
In the event of a technical disruption affecting gameplay or transactions, kfc2u's maximum liability is limited to the actual value of the affected wager only. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident date.
Kfc2u reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any term in this document. In such cases, kfc2u reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted.
You may close your kfc2u account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Ensure all account balances have been withdrawn before requesting account closure, as unclaimed balances remaining 90 days after closure may be forfeited.
Members who wish to temporarily or permanently suspend their wagering activity may activate the self-exclusion option through the account settings section or by contacting customer support. Kfc2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior specific notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The latest update date will be shown at the top of this page.
